We are trekkers, not lawyers. We do mountains, not clauses.
But we’ve taken the time to pull together a couple of things to make things as straightforward and as simple as possible.

1. Your rewards will only be unlocked when your referred friend books a trip worth £1600 or more. The referral friend cannot be a current customer of EverTrek/registered on our customer database.

2. You cannot use your £200 referral discount in conjunction with any other discount codes with the exception of 'MONTHLY50' & 'FULL100' and your other EverTrekker Reward discounts.

3 . Your reward discounts will be applied in the following way depending on your booking situation:-

4. You can't use any discount as the initial deposit amount but you can apply your rewards to any further balance owed. (Please refer to section 12. for the exception to this term)

5. You cannot gift your reward discounts to any other person - but don't forget, by referring your friends they are getting a juicy £200 off their first trek.

6. Any discount received can only be used as credit and cannot be taken as a cash reward; except in the instance that you have paid in full for a trip you are yet to travel on & have no other outstanding balance with us - if this is the case you will be refunded the discount amount. If you cancel your trip you will not receive any reward discounts as a cash refund. If you reschedule your trip you may be able to transfer the discounts to the rescheduled trip date at EverTreks discretion. Transferring your reward discounts to an entirely new trip may be done so at the discretion of EverTrek.

7. Any discounts that are due to be refunded will be processed within 90 days however there may be occasions where this may take longer, but usually much sooner.

8. Can I use my £200 discount on my current trip?

As long as you booked a full price trip you can call us to apply this to your current trip.

If you've already received a discount (excluding 'MONTHLY50' & 'FULL100') then you won't be able to use this on your current trip BUT you can apply this discount to a new trip.

However, with each additional referral you will get another £100 off a pre-existing or new trip regardless of the discount you've already had.

9. Can I use my £100 discounts on my current trip?

Short answer - YES!
Long answer - YES YOU CAN!

AND with unlimited referrals you get £100 off a trip for every qualified customer you refer.

Yes you can! Check out section 12 for more information on how you can use them to get a FREE trip and section 8 for the T&Cs around the £200 discount.

Unfortunately not, your referrals will need to use your unique link to book in order to qualify for your rewards.

BUT nows your chance to start referring to your wider network and start earning! 

It takes just two shakes of a yaks tail to get sharing (although let's be honest, it's even quicker than that -  you're just clicking a link vs finding & angering an unsuspecting yak).

You can get your trip for free in two ways: - 

1. Whilst you can't use your discounts initially to pay for your deposit, once the remaining balance has been paid using the rewards you can then use any remaining reward discount to pay off your trip entirely including the deposit.

2. When you unlock your first reward you will be entered into our exclusive prize draw to win a FREE Trek which happens once within a 12 month period or when 100 referrals have qualified from everyone enrolled into the EverTrekker Rewards Program (whichever comes soonest). For every extra referral who becomes a qualified customer you will receive an extra entry into the prize draw.

You can bank your discount to apply against a new trip - there are always more adventures to be had! Just make sure to email us once you've booked your next trip to redeem your banked reward(s).

As an existing customer and member of the EverTrekker Rewards Program you can use your reward discount on any of our current trips including Toubkal (hooray!) but excluding our training weekends. 

15.  If your referred friend cancels their trip your reward will be retracted and this will be communicated in writing.

16. Your rewards cannot be applied retrospectively or manually - this Reward Program only works online via your share links after you have booked your first trip and cannot be applied manually by our team.

17. Rewards cannot be applied to active bookings due to depart within 30 days.

18.  EverTrek reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Rewards may be retracted in cases where unexpected loopholes, system errors, a referral cancels, gross misconduct by the customer occur - this will be communicated in writing via email; this email communication will override anything shown in your EverTrekker Rewards dashboard.
